Pats To Franchise Cassel

Yep, the Pats will use their franchise tag to keep Matt Cassel from leaving in free agency which tells me one thing: Tom Brady's rehab is not going well. I mean if Brady looked like he was going to be okay, why would a team basically guarantee that his back up gets paid as much as him, if not more?? Because Bill Belichick is a nice guy?? I don't think so. Something is wrong with Brady's knee still and they need Cassel. Sucks for them, but I'm sure they'll have another cupcake schedule next year so it probably won't affect them much.
