Really?? When I saw the headline I figured it would be Florida because about 90% of the girls I went to high school with have babies. Its to the point where if you see someone from back then they expect you to have kids too because they were hoin' lol. Numerically Florida is among the highest, along with California and Texas, but that's just because all 3 states have huge populations. As far as the percentages go, we only came in with 45.2 per 1,000 births. We didn't even crack the top 10!
Wait a minute, what do I mean "only"?? That is a-fuckin'-lot! Where does the hoery stop?? Sad.
BTW, despite popular belief, the lowest rate was not Utah. (Ain't no niggas in Utah lol.) It was actually New Hampshire with 18.7 per 1,000 births. Utah was actually 34.0 per 1,000 births. Shocker!
