The Rockets Just Stole Ron Artest

Seriously, Bobby Jackson and a draft pick for Ron Artest?? I mean I know this isn't '04 Artest...but at the same time this isn't '02 Bobby Jackson and the Rockets are gonna make the playoffs so that draft pick is gonna be late teens, early 20s in a week draft class. Oh well I guess the Kings just wanted Bobby back that much more lol.

I wonder how the Lakers feel because they were the ones trying to pick him up? It probably would've been smarter for the Kings to go with the Lakers in this trade because at least they might've got Odom...but instead got a 35 year-old back up point guard. Awesome. lol.

Now, as far as the Rockets go they just got THAT much better! Yao, T-Mac, and Artest, that's a nice big three. Add in Battier, Scola, Alston, Landry, and Hayes and you got a pretty nice 8 man rotation. The winner of this trade is clear.
