Dow Surges 379 In Year's Biggest Rally

I didn't want to spend too much time on this, but I just wanted to acknowledge that the Dow Jones was way up today. You can thank Citigroup for that as news that they experienced their best quarterly performance since 2007 generated large amounts of buying.

Now I'm not sure if this is the Obama plan at work or even if it'll sustain tomorrow, but its definitely welcomed news these days.
