Thursday Billboard Update - 6/11/09

His Relapse's 3rd week on the charts it loses its #1 spot, but still inches ever closer to the 1 million mark. With 141,200 sold, Em's comeback project has sold 961,600 since its release on May 19th. Dave Matthews Band's Big Whiskey & Groogrux King takes over the #1 spot with 425,200 sold.

Looks like there's gonna be a good ol' fashion throw down for the #1 spot next week. The Black Eyed Peas control 1st place for another week with Boom Boom Pow. Pitbull and his single I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho) find a new high moving 3-2. Keri Hilson's Knock You Down also finds a new high jumping 7-3. Jeremih's Birthday Sex stay put at #4, while Lady GaGa's LoveGame moves up 10-6. Will the BEPs be able to hang on to #1 next week, or will one of these contenders knock them off?? Come back next week for more!

  • No major jumps forward in the Rap world, but there were 2 noticeable steps backwards... and they were both by everyone's new favorite rapper Drake! After making huge strides last week with Best I Ever Had and Every Girl, both tracks fall back double-digit spots, 18-36 and 35-49 respectively. I'm actually stunned by this because I thought Best I Ever Had had a serious shot at squeezing onto the top 10 this week.
