The news of the day is just in, Terrell Eldorado Owens has signed a 1-year $6.5 million contract with the Buffalo Bills.
"I'm leaving America's team [for] North America's team," Owens said at a news conference in Buffalo in Saturday. "I must move on, and it's another beginning for me. If I can be that extra added piece to get them to the playoffs, then that's what I'm here for. I looked at the defensive side of ball and offensive side of the ball, and these guys have all the pieces."
So there you have it. It would be terribly funny if the Cowboys miss the playoffs again this year and the Bills make it... AND win a game. Man, that would be too funny, and that's coming from a Cowboy fan. I actually wouldn't mind seeing that. It probably won't happen, but I certainly wouldn't mind it.
Oh yeah, how pissed do all the "analysts" seem now that T.O. was able to find a deal so fast after they did all this foolery about how nobody would want him since he got cut the other day lol. Matt Mosley's column on the subject is almost comical because he hates T.O. so much lol.
