Thursday Billboard Update - 6/4/09

With 211,000 sold in its 2nd week, Eminem's Relapse easily hangs on to the #1 spot for another week. He's about 2-3 weeks away from crossing the million sold barrier. Wisin Y Yandel's new album La Revolucion debuts at #7 with 35,700 sold.

The real story on the Hot 100 is Drake who is on fire right now, but I'll get to that in a separate post. Anyway, Pitbull's I Know You Want Me and Jeremih's Birthday Sex finds a new highs at #3 and #4 respectively. New to the top 10 are Keri Hilson's Knock You Down featuring Kanye and Ne-Yo (her first top 10) which jumped 13-7, Sean Kingston's Fire Burning which jumped 12-8, and Lady GaGa's LoveGame which jumped 22-10.

• Drake's mixtape track Best I Ever Had makes a major leap this week as it sores 42 spots 60-18. I was JUST telling Andy dude's buzz is so crazy that no matter what he puts out its gonna blow up and in this case this shit isn't even a real single (though its gonna have to be on the album as a bonus track at least).
• Young Money's Every Girl (which should really be called "Drake's Every Girl featuring Young Money" since the only reason its getting played is because he's on it) also sees a major jump of 75-35. That's a 40 spots jump!
