Either way, is it a surprise to anyone that JaMarcus Russell has the lowest QBR they've recorded thus far? Anybody?
Oh, and the Panthers should be ashamed they let Jimmy Clausen keep the #2 jersey away from Cam Newton with his 11.7 QBR. When the only person you were better than in the past 3 years is JaMarcus Russell, you shouldn't be able to have that kind of power. And I don't care it was just his rookie season.
