Tony Dungy Stepping Down

Welp Tony Dungy has made his decision and it is to step down as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts. I can't say I'm surprised, but geez, how often do coaches get the chance to "step down" opposed to being fired?? Not often lately but Tony is an Hall of Fame coach and he can do whatever he wants.

Tony Dungy was the first black coach to win the Super Bowl and the first head coach to take a team to the playoffs 10 years in a row. I just wish the Colts would've had a chance to give him another Super Bowl trophy before he left.
