Idiocrary 101: Protecting Your "Hood"

I hate to say it, but this does nothing for the Mel Gibson "packs of niggas" theory. Why did this even happen?? Because the slapper didn't want any new niggas in his "hood"?? If he doesn't like guys with pierced lips and skinny jeans and decided to slap him, then I guess that's okay, but he didn't want him in his "hood"?? Really??

Uhh, excuse me Mr. "Hood" Gatekeeper, but your "hood" doesn't look like much of a "hood" to me. Decent looking houses, manicured lawns, birds chirping, at the very least least this was a middle class suburb, so why can't he rap there??
