Wade & Bosh's First Interview As Heat Teammates

Call me crazy, but judging by what Wade and Bosh had to say about LeBron, I think they know he's not coming to Miami. And you know what?? I actually don't think that's such a bad thing.

Check it out: Of course any team would LOVE to have LeBron James, but I sincerely believe that the Heat could build a stronger contender without him. That may sound like blasphemy to some, I know, but with Wade and Bosh already committed, if LeBron comes that takes up all but $400k of the Heat's money. It's not impossible, but it's gonna be HARD to build a contending supporting cast around them with so little money to spend. If it's just Wade and Bosh, that leaves plenty money to fill out the roster with great role players and shooters like Ray Allen, J.J. Redick, Mike Miller, Kyle Korver, Brendan Haywood, Udonis Haslem, and so on. We could be looking at the L.A. Lakers East (superstar 2-guard, All-Star big man, and a bunch of good role players).

Really, the only downfall of LeBron not joining the Heat is if he also doesn't re-join the Cavs and goes to the Knicks or Bulls and makes a serious challenger to the team the Heat build. Out of the remaining free agents, they'll have to choose whether to join Wade and Bosh in Miami, or LeBron in Cleveland, Chicago, or New York. Should be interesting.

Enough with all the LeBron talk, how about the fuckin' Heat?! I'm so excited for the 2010-2011 Miami Heat, and there's still only 4 players on the roster so far lol. It shouldn't be too hard convincing free agents to play with Wade and Bosh though.

Also, I love that "Miami-Wade County" shirt Dwyane had on! I joked earlier on Twitter about making a "BroWade County" shirt since I'm from Broward and not Dade, but ultimately that is a bit on the corny side lol. Speaking of creating things, check out these 2 posters SportsCenter's Twitter page posted: Miami Vice and Bad Boys. Classic!
