Thursday Billboard Update - 1/10/08

At least Mary J.'s latest album got to hold the #1 spot for at least one week as it falls a couple spots down to #3. So far she's moved 924,500 so look for her to past a million within the next 2 weeks. Last week's #3 Josh Groban PLUMMETS 55 spots to #58 this week. He's still 4x platinum though so he probably doesn't give a damn lol. Speaking of platinum, shout out to Timbaland! His album Shock Value went over a million last week and I didn't even notice it!

Same ol' same ol' over on Hot, nobody exits or enters the top 10 this week so nothing really to talk about.

• Keyshia Cole is probably just one week away from crossing over the platinum marker with her sophomore album Just Like You. The album moved up 5 spots to #11 and has sold a big, fat 975,700!
• Jigga just crossed 900,000 with American Gangster and is taking a stab a million sold in about 3-4 weeks. To date the album has sold 911,000.
• Creeping up on 2 million sold is Kanye West as Graduation has sold a whopping 1,914,600!

• Trey Songz's Can't Help But Wait also bounces back moving up 12 spots 45-33.
• Kanye West's 4th single Flashing Lights jump 14 spots 49-35 this week.
• With news of his sophomore album coming out this week Webbie's first single Independent finally cracks the top 50 hopping 18 spots 68-50.
