Thursday Billboard Update - 1/17/08

You know sales are down with you only move 70k on a 38% decrease and STILL have the #1 album in the country lol. A few years ago you couldn't even get into the top 10 like that, now you can be #1. Crazy! I love Alicia so it doesn't matter to me lol. After 69 weeks on the charts Fergie's The Dutchess is back in the top 10! Now that is even more crazy that being #1 with 70k moved in a week. I mean I remember her performing London Bridges at the VMAs like 2-3 years ago and she's STILL holding it down with this shit. Amazing. Just in case you were wondering she's at 3,331,100.

Wow, we actually got some movement on Hot this week...just not in the top 5. That's right, everyone in the top 5 last week manages to hung tough for another week. Two new top entries though as Chris Brown's With You jumps 12-6 and Sean Kingston's Take You There jumps 13-10.
