Yep, he just stepped down, but if the Heat get Michael Beasely or Derrick Rose he'll be back by the playoffs lol. Anyway, an assistant coach named Erik Spoelstra is gonna step in for him so I hope he doesn't get too good or he'll get Stan Van Gundy'd lol.
