I saw this when it came out last week, but actively tried to avoid it because I know how terrible a rapper Ron Artest is, but I was finally convinced to listen to it after my homegirl Tah couldn't stop telling me how hilarious it is last night. Now I'm pissed I tried to not listen to it because this is the best unintentional comedy moment of 2009! "Michael Michael Michael, you my nigga," will go down in the "Why Must I Cry Hall Of Fame!" Its an instant classic!
I got a few questions though...
Question 1: Why wasn't this played at the memorial service yesterday?? I would've much rather saw the kids singing this than We Are The World.
Question 2: Ron said, "I know you in heaven, I hope to see you next year," at 1:51 in so is he predicting his own death??
Question 3: How is he gonna join the Lakers and not put Kobe on this??
And in other Ron Artest news, the newest Laker is planning on rocking the #37 for L.A. next season in honor of Michael Jackson's Thriller which spent 37 weeks on top after its release in '82. The nigga obviously really liked Michael Jackson. I think he'll change his mind and wear #7 after he reads TMZ's theory on MJ and the #7.
