Idiocracy 101: Mitchell Rose Sues Hov For $88 Milli For Stealing His "Style"

LMAO!! This shit is just ridiculous, but its fuckin' funny shit! This nigga Mitchell Rose (a former boxer) claims he gave Jay his demo in 2001 and Jay then proceeded to steal his rap style. Now, Mr. Rose, the author of "Mike Tyson Tried To Kill My Daddy", is now suing Jay-Z for $88 million (lol) with a copyrights lawsuit. Check out an excerpt from the AHH story:

He was shocked to discover that Jay-Z allegedly stole his style of rhyming, delivery and even certain lyrics. “He took the style and the delivery,” Rose told AllHipHop.com. “He’s using it on the regular, now Lil’ Kim is using it. All I want is justice. Jay-Z knows what I am talking about."

LMAO!! This guy should be a comedian! lol. Welp, since we're here we might as well go down the top 5 reasons this will get thrown out of court:

1) Its 2008! Jay-Z has put out at least 6 or 7 albums since 2001, Mitchell Rose just realized he "stole his style" now??
2) You can't copyright a rap style and even if you could you know this nigga didn't lol.
3) You really think your rap "style" is worth $88 milli??
4) You wrote "Mike Tyson Tried To Kill My Daddy".
5) Like Jay said: "got a money hungry lawyer that'll eat the case"
