You may not know DJ Mena but he was the Gwop Boyz' DJ (I gave him a shout out here in my summary of Teen Splash) and passed away yesterday morning. I only met him a few times but he seemed like a good loyal dude who loved music and being a DJ and I'm sad to see him go.
This news had me a lil shaken up mentally last night because of the randomness of it, but that's just how life goes. My condolences go out to all the family he left behind.
