R. Kelly Got Off?!?!

I know you've heard by now but yes R. Kelly did indeed get acquitted of all 14 counts in his child pornography trial! I was on the phone with Andy when I got a text from my homie and former co-worker John saying, "how bout R. Kelly got off" which prompted me to say "hell naw" at least 10 times while waiting for MSN.com to load up to see for myself and confirm lol. This is actually what I was watching on MSNBC before the news of Tim Russert's death came through. I checked it out, put it on mute so I could concentrate on my work, and when I turned back around like 2-3 minutes later that's when the news on Tim broke.

Anyway, my first reaction to the news is 'damn he must've had some helluva team of lawyers' but after that its disbelief that we went through like 6 or 7 years of waiting for a trial that lasted all of 2 weeks! Did the jury even deliberate for a whole day?? I heard they were starting yesterday, but now today the whole shit is over! I mean it was random that he got off, but damn his legal team beat those charges up with the quickness! lol. Damn, I can't WAIT to hear Foxxhole tonight because I KNOW they're gonna be talking about this shit! lol.
