If you haven't heard, the NFL has put T.O. in some "reasonable cause" testing program for performance-enhancing drugs because he missed some phone call to set up his random testing. This is retarded! Geez, I mean just because he's the most ripped nigga in the league why the nigga gotta be on 'roids??
