This Week In Flops 9/22/09

Only one album dropping this week and its a snoozer. On one hand its smart to drop your album on a week when nobody else drops, but when you're Sean Kingston it really doesn't matter because you're STILL not gonna get the #1. Whatever, I'll give the kid 30-50k.
