Justice has been served. Take that Nike! And I don't wanna hear any of that "LeBron needs help" bullshit because that definitely wasn't the case tonight. Delonte West put up 22, Mo Williams put up 17, Varejao put up 14, but they just had no answers for Orlando. Did you see how easy the Magic was scoring?? They couldn't stop Dwight (40 and 14 tonight), they couldn't stop Hedo, they could stop 'Shard, they couldn't stop Pietrus. The LeBrons just had no answers.
Anyway, here's a couple classic, in-game "tweets" from ESPN.com's Bill Simmons:
"Mike Brown at halftime: 'On defense I want you to keep leaving their 3-point shooters wide-open. On offense, let's not run plays. Let's go!'"
"I have a legal question: can LeBron sue Mike Brown for coaching negligence in this series? Is there a legal precedent?"
Oh well, I'm just happy that all those Kobe/LeBron commercials are officially a thing of the past, especially the puppets commercial in which I hated the most.
Finals start this Thursday in L.A. at 9pm on ABC. A write up on the Lakers/Magic (aka Disneyland vs. Disney World) series coming soon.
