The other day in Bill Simmons chat he gave Danial Tosh the "Funniest Guy of 2010" crown. While I love "Tosh.0," there's no way Kevin Hart wasn't the king of funny in 2010. He had the funniest special, sold a ton of DVDs, and toured all over the country non-stop. And not only that, he's probably going to win it again in 2011.
