Mark Sanchez Named Starter In New York

Mark Sanchez wins the starting job in New York
After looking completely lost against the swarming Ravens' defense Monday night, Mark Sanchez has been named the Jets' starting quarterback for the season opener against the Texans on September 13th by head coach Rex Ryan. Even though he did look absolutely terrible against Baltimore, Kellen Clemens didn't do much to separate himself from the youngster in that game. They basically had identical stats, the only difference is Sanchez did it against the first team defense and Clemens did against the second so yeah, this move makes sense. If your vet is only gonna give you the same production as the rookie then you have to do this.

Now I think the concern should shift to what the hell the Jets would do if Leon Washington got her because from what I saw he's all they have.
