Two new joints enter the top 10 this week. Jay Sean's Down featuring Lil Wayne is up 26 spots (32-6) and bags his first top 10 on the U.S. charts. This is all after jumping 31 spots last week. Unfortunately for him, he's on Cash Money so his new album may never come out. The only new top 10 record is Cobra Spaceship's Good Girls Go Bad (12-10).
