Thursday Billboard Update - 12/13/07

Welp, looks like Hip-Hop continues to get its ass kicked on Billboard (thanks Def Jam) as, for a 3rd straight week, we failed to have at least one album in the top 10. Maybe those white people everyone brings up when talking about rap album sales (like they are the only ones buying music) are just getting tired of the bullshit too.

Anyway, Josh Groban is still whuppin' ass and takin' names while holding off everyone for that #1 spot. Honestly, I'm tired of this lil nigga's picture being up for the #1 spot, but what can I do when the dude keeps putting up pluses on Soundscan?? Whatever case is the homie just pumps out another 581,000! That should bring him to or damn near close to double platinum with NO signs off slowing down. That damn Oprah show is POWERFUL! Alicia Keys takes her #2 spot back by moving 234,000 this week. Disney keeps cashing in on the children as they have 2 different project in the top 10! Oh yeah and Now! 26 is still holding it down at #4. In this new age of downloading, who the fuck is buying these things???

Like Josh Groban on the Billboard 200, Alicia is straight bullying folks on the Hot 100 as she remains on top for the 4th week. Flo-Rida (aka worst rap name of the moment lol) finally moves up from #4 and takeover the #3 spot, but unfortunately for him that's about as far as that record is going to go up the charts. Whatever, that's still the biggest shit Poe Boy has producer in....ever lol. There's really nothing else to report on the top 10 because everyone from last week is still there except Soulja Boy as his foolery finally finds the exit and lets Jordin Sparks enter.

See, it's easy to understand why that white guy that was on Oprah is still selling records. Most of the people buying his album are old broads. Old broads are notorious for having no idea how to use a computer. They can barely work a television remote, so why would they know how to illegally download CDs?
