Now, I'm positive I'm not the only person they contacted today, but man, how funny is this shit?? Cassie leaks her own tits to generate buzz, and now her label is threatening people to take the pics down. If you read the e-mails below, they even want me to hit them up to let them know the shit is down and tell them where I got the pics from like I'm the one who leaked them online (that would be their client Cassie lol). These niggas got life FUCKED up! They're lucky I took them down because Cassie is a grown ass woman and the pics ARE NOT copyrighted. Its whatever though, its not like they were
that great to start with. This shit is crazy lol.
Long story short, I took the pics down and you can go ahead and add Cassie's name to my shit list (she'll be the least talked about though seeing her career ended in 2006 lol).

This law firm represents the internationally renowned performing and recording artist Cassie (referred to herein as “Artist”). It has come to our attention that you have been exploiting copyrights and photographs and other property owned and/or controlled by Artist (including without limitation, her name, likeness and/or other identifying materials) (collectively, the “Artist Material”), on the website located at http://www.fiyahmuzik.com (the “Website”) which is registered to you.
Artist has not approved or otherwise granted permission to you (or any person and/or entity deriving rights through you) to create, use and/or exploit any Artist Material in or in connection with the Website or otherwise. Your unauthorized exploitation constitutes a willful violation of our client’s rights under various Federal and State statutes and common laws concerning rights of privacy and copyright violation.
Accordingly, on behalf of Artist, we hereby demand that you:
(a) immediately cease and desist from any and all further use and/or exploitation of the Artist Material in any manner and/or through any medium whatsoever;
(b) immediately and permanently cease and desist from making any reference to Artist on your website;
(c) immediately furnish us, in writing, with complete, accurate and detailed information regarding: (i) each and every use and/or exploitation made by or on behalf of you of the Artist Material, including without limitation the address(es) of any other website(s) containing the Artist Material that has been created, promoted, exploited and/or otherwise used by or on behalf of you; and (ii) the identity of all participants in the creation, promotion, exploitation and/or other use of the Artist Materials by or on behalf of you, including, without limitation, in connection with the Website; and
(d) immediately remove the Artist Material and provide us with a timed, dated printout of the updated Website to certify the removal in connection therewith.
Please be advised that your failure to respond to the foregoing demands in a complete and timely fashion will constitute a willful infringement and a reckless disregard of Artist’s rights.
