1) 'Takers' Claims #1 Spot at the Box Office
When the numbers were first released, "Takers" was #2 to "The Last Exorcism" by about $300,000, but when the true numbers came out "Takers" was actually on top by about $150,000. Either way, in my mind, "Takers" was #1 regardless because it and "The Last Exorcism" made basically the same amount of money despite being shown in 668 less theaters nationwide. Per theater, "Takers" killed them.
And with that being said, I have no interest in seeing this movie. No real reason, just not interested.
2) Another Drake Album In 2010?
Slow down guys. It was a miracle that Drake's first album dropped at all, so let's not get our hopes up that the least album dropping label on Earth is gonna clean up its act and give us 2 in 1 year. It ain't happening. Cash Money, how about y'all focus on getting Nicki Minaj's album out this year and leave everything else alone?? Baby steps fellas.
3) Jay-Z & Yankees Team For Exclusive Apparel
And just when you thought Jay-Z had run out of ideas to make more money, BOOM! This apparel will ONLY be sold at Yankees Stadium and only through Sept. 14th. It's a damn shame I don't have family in New York anymore. Hmmm, my ex-girlfriend did tell me she's going to New York next week, though. I wonder if she'd grant me one last wish?? Fingers crossed.
Take a look at some of the goods courtesy of RapRadar. Some of that stuff would go great with the Hov "All Black Everything" Forces I don't own.
4) Full 'Dancing With The Stars' Cast Announced
Last week I told you The Situation was gonna be on the show (though I still wish it was gonna be Snooki), but here's a quick rundown of the rest of the cast:
Brandy Norwood, David Hasselhoff, Jennifer Grey, Kurt Warner, Margaret Cho, Kyle Massey, Audrina Patridge, Rick Fox, Florence Henderson, Bristol Palin and Michael Bolton.
Man, where's the Erin Andrews and Nicole Schegudgthzyrs?? What is DWTS without the hot ass??
5) Trick Daddy Working On 'www.thug.com 2'
The original 1998 classic still goes hard so thing is welcomed news. Hopefully this will help him get his mojo back, though his last album Finally Famous was pretty good. Unfortunately, there's no release date yet.
6) Ruff Ryders Records Is Now Ruff Ryders Indy
Look guys, it's over. The Ruff Ryder brand is gone, and it's never coming back. Never. Ever.
If they wanted to launch a new label, why didn't they just do it with a whole new name?? It's time to move on.

Kurt Warner Retires
So this it for good ol' Kurt. What a career. Its a shame the first few days of his retirement are already being mired with possibly the stupid question you can ask concerning the NFL today, aka "Is Kurt Warner a Hall Of Famer??"
Uhhh, duh! Of course he is! I mean, of course he has a great story, but look at the man's resume:
- 2-time NFL MVP
- Super Bowl XXXIV winner and MVP
- Second QB in NFL history to lead 2 different teams to a Super Bowl
- Third in career passer rating in NFL history
- Fastest player in NFL history to reach 10,000 passing yards
- Owns the top 3 passing performances in Super Bowl history
- Owns the record for most passing yards in a postseason (1,156)
- Second best passing yards per game average in NFL history (260.8), 0.3 yards behind Peyton Manning (261.1)
- Third highest single season passing yards total (4,830), behind only Dan Marino (5,084) and Drew Brees (5,069)

Random News Shit: NFL Free Agency Edition Pt. V
1) Warner, Cards agree to 2-year, $23M deal
Shocker! I'm glad this is over because we all knew he ain't wanna leave those great receivers. The Cards will probably suck next year anyway... just like they did until January this past season. That $19 million in guarantees is crazy though!
2) Ray Lewis Staying With Ravens
Another shocker! lol. I'm not even sure why the Ravens gave him as much as they did, but I'm not mad at him for taking it lol.
3) Bengals Bring In Former Jet Coles To Replace Houshmandzadeh
Four years, $28 million. No wonder the Dolphins didn't wanna bring him in lol. Hmm, I wonder what's going on with Ocho Cinco??
4) Bengals Also Keep RB Benson
Good move by Cincy because he really came into his own outside of Chicago's system.
5) Former Redskin CB Springs Visits Philly
No! WTF?? Don't you wanna come to Dallas and play for your pop's old team?? Stop playing with yourself homie!
Maybe the Cowboys showed no interest. Jenkins and Scandrick must really be showing out for the coaching staff at Valley Ranch.
6) Lions Bring In Grady Jackson
Finally, they're trying to find some help on defense! Maybe they'll win a whole game this year lol.
7) Broncos Sign RB LaMont Jordan
Good moves because these guys go threw running backs like water. They had 7 on IR last year! That's just too crazy.
8) Jets sign former Ravens safety Leonhard to three-year deal
Good signing, this white boy hits hard! Homie plays like a brotha.
9) Broncos continue signing spree with Simms, Arrington
I wonder how Jay Cutler will take this quarterback news?? lol.

Random News Shit: NFL Free Agency Edition Pt. III
First off I wanna send a prayer out to those 4 people lost at sea and their families. That must suck balls. Anyway, back to free agency!
1) DE Canty Leaves Cowboys For Giants
What a fuckin' loser! Why would you leave the Cowboys for the Giants?? Who does that?? Aight, its ON when we play! Oh, and just in case you were wondering 1) yes, Cowboys news trumps all and 2) the deal was 6 years for $42 million.
2) Warner To Visit 49ers Tomorrow
Looks like Kurt is playing some hardball with the Cardinals. We all know he's bluffing though because we all know he ain't shit without great receivers. Its no coincidence he was great in St. Louis, sucked in New York, and all of a sudden great again in Arizona. He owes his career to Holt, Bruce, Faulk, Fitz, and Boldin. He'll be back with the Cardinals next season, no question.
3) Housmandzadeh Near Decision??
T.J. said he was making his decision tonight, but when asked if that was true, his agent simply replied, "No." Right now he's in Minnesota, but is also looking at Philly and New York as well as staying in Cincy. Wouldn't it be crazy if he said fuck them all and signed with the Cowboys tomorrow?? I know it'd never happen, but it would be crazy lol.
4) Cutler Upset With Broncos After Trade Talks Surface
Evidently before Matt Cassel was traded to KC, former Pats offensive coordinator and current Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels was in discussions about bring Cassel to Denver and sending Cutler to Tampa. Now Jay is pissed. Honestly though, wouldn't you be pissed too if you had passed for 4,500 yards and 25 TDs for a team who's defense was the sole reason you missed the playoffs and they were talking about trading YOU?? That would drive me nuts!
If Cutler doesn't now ask for a trade, he is gonna absolutely DESTROY the Chiefs when they play next season lol.
