Yung Joc Sues Diddy & Block Entertainment

Its not gonna come as any surprise to any of my regular readers, but I'm not huge Yung Joc fan (I know, shocking stuff lol). Well today might be the first step to me checking out for dude because he's decided to sue both Bad Boy and Block Entertainment for not cutting the check (we all know Diddy has not been paying niggas for years lol). Check out what Joc told Billboard.com:

"I haven't been paid any royalties since I've been out, after over a million albums sold," says Yung Joc. "For my first album, they gave me a $25,000 advance when I was supposed to get more...Then I had a million dollar budget for my second album, never even got an advance off of it. For the third one they hit me with another $25,000, like I'm some chump in this shit. And I just got tired of it."

While Yung Joc says his main grievance is with Block Entertainment, the company that brought him to Bad Boy Records, he also expressed anger over his label's lack of support. "Diddy said he's got to stay out of it because it's between me and Block Entertainment," Yung Joc explains. "I was never signed to Block Entertainment, but they've been interfering with a lot of my business. I feel like [Bad Boy] isn't doing anything to try to intervene and help the situation."

This again goes to show that these rappers don't be paid like they want you to believe. Anyway, I'm glad that he's doing this because like I said earlier, Diddy hasn't been paying niggas for years though Joc claims his biggest complaint is with Block. From D-Block to Black Rob to G. Dep to Loon, Diddy ain't wanna pay none of them niggas which is why they all broke today outside of D-Block. Good shit Joc.

Is it me or did it feel like this song was playing for like 15 minutes?? I don't know if it was because I was watching the Heat/Hawks game and the NFL draft while talking to my homegirl on AIM and surfing the 'net all at the same time, but it just seemed like it was on for a long ass time lol. Its not a bad song though, its actually pretty catchy. Could've done without Yung Joc and his classic, "If Biggie was alive we'd be Biggie boppin," line lol. I still co-sign this track though.

Last Train To Paris isn't scheduled to drop until September 22nd, so isn't it kinda early to drop your 1st single??

Wow, I guess this past weekend was a bad time to have young/yung in front of your random word rap name as both of these fools got locked up lol. Welp, lets proceed:

First off we got Yung Berg who got knocked for smoking week in Miami. Now this could very well be a publicity stunt for some buzz since his Sexy Lady single played out months ago and his album still has yet to dropped (Epic just drop the shit its gonna flop anyway so stop prolonging it lol) because seriously who gets caught smoking weed??? I've rode with niggas all through Broward and Dade counties while they smoke weed (I don't smoke) the whole time with the windows down and have never been stopped lol. LMAO!! Yo, I found this female's(??) picture on Soulja Boy's myspace page when I was getting that '12 minutes left' pic and it just had me rollin' how much she(??) looks like Yung Joc LMAO! Now, I have a few theories of how this child is related to Joc and here they are:

Yung Joc's daughter - I seriously doubt its his seed because even though he looks like he's pushing 40, he's actually only 24.

Yung Joc's little sister - This is the most likely possibility, but thats not interesting at all lol.

Yung Joc's... uh, self lol - This is obviously my favorite, but has no barring considering Lil Darryl Soulja Boy was probably around 6 when Joc was yung enough to be this girl lol.
