What in the fuck did Shawn Marion do to his hair? Someone should really remind him that he's 33 years-old. That makes me mad all over again that we loss the championship to his team this past June.
Other than that, this video was well done and pretty funny.

NBA Lockout: Lock-In
July 09, 2009
1) Artest Officially A Laker
Welp, there's that #37 jersey we were promised. I hope he's working on a Michael Michael part 2 or a remix or something because I need another good laugh.
2) Four Team Trade Lands Marion In Dallas
The trade is very complicated but basically the Griz and the Magic jumped in to help the Raptors and Mavs complete this deal. Should be interesting.
Anyway, Bill Simmons put his thoughts on the trade on Twitter: "This year's Mavs are like great seats at a 50 Cent concert. You'll see them and think, 'Shit, it's too bad this isn't 2004.'"
Classic! LMAO!
3) Cavs Re-sign VarejĂ£o For $50M
What?? Are we sure the Cavs are really trying to win a championship?? Why sign a role player who proved to be absolutely USELESS in the playoffs for $50 MILLION?? Eight points and seven rebounds for $50 MILLION with the cap going down?? He's gonna be making more than Ron Artest lol. Insane!
More classic Simmons: "Statement from Cavs: 'Look, any time you can lock up a role player for $42.5m + incentives with the cap going backwards, you have to do it.'"
4) McDyess Set To Sign With Spurs
Three year deal for $15 million. Nice move, look out for the Spurs to make one final push at a ring this year.

Heat Trade Marion To Raptors For O'Neal
An O'Neal is coming to South Beach, but this time around it won't be the Diesel. Today the Miami Heat traded forward Shawn Marion and guard Marcus Banks to the Toronto Raptors for center Jermaine O'Neal and forward Jamario Moon.
The winner is definitely Miami because they did 2 things: 1) Added size to their front line and 2) got rid of Marion, who was probably gonna leave in free agency over the offseason. On top of bringing in J.O.'s 13.5 PPG and 7 board, they also get a nice small forward in Jamario Moon so watch out for the Heat in the 2nd half.

Random News Shit: NBA Edition
Houston signs on for second comeback with Knicks
All I gotta say is why?? You're 37, haven't played in a NBA game since 2005 because you were forced to retire by injury, when you attempted to come back last year you played in just 1 preseason game before calling it quits, and now you wanna come play in the run-n-gun offense of Mike D'Antoni?? Nigga please, its time to give it up. In my opinion, once you become a sports analyst you should not even be allowed to attempt a comeback because it never works.
Clippers' Jason Williams announces his retirement
I guess he realized how dumb it was to leave the Heat after he saw how great D. Wade looked in the Olympics lol. Oh well, playing for the Clippers would make any man wanna retire lol. But speaking of D. Wade...
Wade ready to lead Heat back to prominence
Now, of course that doesn't mean the Heat are headed back to the Finals, but look out for this team in the East. A healthy Dwyane Wade, plus Shawn Marion, and Michael Beasley should at least be able to make it to the playoffs. And having Pat Reilly upstairs just concentrating on putting a solid team together should pay off (don't forget that after Pat went back solely upstairs last time he put together an NBA championship team. Watch out for your job Erik Spoelstra).
Report: Knicks' Walsh had cancer cut from tongue
Aww man that's gross! It also sucks balls, but its better than having it spread.

Heat Agree To Trade Shaq To Suns!!!
I was just watching Mike And Mike and they said the Heat agreed to send Shaq to the Suns for Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks pending a physical and league approval like I warned yesterday. I can't believe the Heat did this, but I guess its a move for the future so when Shawn Marion leaves in the offseason it frees up cap room for free agent signings and they'll obviously have a lottery draft pick in June. More importantly they need to fix this roster up so D-Wade doesn't leave in free agency after next season. I just don't see how this trade helps the Suns at all.
As of 9:32 am ESPN still hasn't posted it on their website (and neither has NBA.com or Fox Sports.com), but I'll take Greeny and Golic's word for it. Plus, it scrolled at the bottom as "breaking news" lol.

Heat Looking To Trade Shaq??
That's what I just read on MSN.com's Fox Sports News, though I had to go to ESPN.com to confirm lol. It says that the Heat were talking to Phoenix about possibly trading Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks for The Diesel. [FULL STORY]
My question is why in the hell would the Suns do this??? You have the best record in the West (2nd best in the lead) and Shaq is too hurt and/or old to play in the Heat's system so why would he be of any service to you?? Then on the other hand, why would the Heat do this?? I know Shaq is basically of no service to you, but damn at least let the nigga ride out the rest of his career. I mean after all, he did bring you a champion just 2 years ago. You guys knew he was aging when you brought him here and gave him that extension and now you wanna trade him??? Keep in mind, its not Shaq's fault the rest of the roster is fucked. Shaq didn't trade Antoine Walker for Ricky Davis. Shaq didn't let James Posey, Jason Kapono, and Eddie Jones go in free agency. Shaq didn't sign Penny Hardaway and Smush Parker in the off season (neither of whom are on the roster anymore). Simple put, ITS NOT ALL SHAQ'S FAULT!!
