1) Ryan Howard Quickest To 200 HRs
With his 200th homer, Ryan Howard broke someone named Ralph Kiner's previous record in 48 fewer games. It took Kiner, who played in the 40s and 50s (and yes, he's still alive), 706 games to reach 200, while it took Howard just 658. Remarkable. (Not really, but it seemed like a nice thing to say lol.)
2) Riley Interested In Bringing Odom Back To South Beach
Odom has already stated that he only wants to live on the beach, basically saying he'd only be willing to play for the Lakers, Clippers, or Heat (ironically the only 3 teams he's ever played pro ball for) so there's a possibility of this becoming a reality. The problem is the Heat most likely can't afford to pay him much more than the Lakers. But there's no doubt this would be interesting if it really happened. Before being traded for Shaq in 2004, Odom had one of his best seasons in his lone year in a Heat uniform averaging 17 and 10 a game.
3) Wade Ditches Converse For Jordan Brand
Who knows why Wade even signed with Converse in the first play. He was a top 5 draft pick in one of the deepest tracks in NBA history, he couldn't get some of that Nike money?? Well he'll be getting it now that he's decided to signed with Nike's Jordan Brand (why couldn't he just signed with Nike and get his own campaign like LeBron and Kobe??) who interestingly enough owns Converse. Welp we'll see how this shoe turns out.
4) Antoine Walker Arrested In Debt Case
This is just sad. I know you heard the reports about him owing $822,500 in gambling debts in Las Vegas, well the former NBA All-Star was arrested Thursday after a warrant had been issued 2 days before. I don't even know how to feel though because 'Toine made well over $100 million while playing in the NBA, he couldn't have possibly blew through all the cash! Or could he?? Either way, this is just sad.
Possibly even sadder is the fact that he's only 32 with no real injury history and is no longer in the league! That's crazy!
5) Travis Henry Gets 3 Years In Prison
Speaking of sad, former Bronco running back Travis Henry has been sentenced to serve 3 years in a federal prison for financing a drug ring that moved cocaine between Colorado and Montana. Matter of fact, this isn't even sad, its fuckin' tragic! All those kids will be without a father and when he gets out he'll probably be right back in because there's no way he's gonna play in the NFL again so he'll have no way to pay all that child support.
We all make mistakes but this nigga here?? Maaaan!

I caught this on Outside The Lines the other days and thought it was interesting...
Man, I used to make fun of Travis Henry a lot, but now I just feel bad for him. Then again, I should feel bad for the baby mommas because you know all 9 (and possibly 10) of them thought they were gonna come up with a big time football star and now this negro ain't even in the league.
Anyway, the craziest shit in this whole piece is the stat that 71% of black children are born to single mothers! That is ridiculously high! I mean daaaamn! That figure even makes me wanna wait 'til marriage lol.

Now this story is overall, and not just black mothers. I actually can't say I'm surprised becauseI'm 23 and most people I went to school with have at least one kid, if not more. I see young ass pregnant girls or young girls pushing scrollers all the time at work. Its crazy! Again, makes me wanna wait 'til marriage.
2) With the Economy Down, Vasectomy Rates Are Up
Aight, so what do we think is the real cause of this, people thinking they can't afford the kids or trying to get it out of the way before they lose their job and health insurance?? I know people don't wanna stop fuckin' so I think it has more to do with the jobs and health insurance. I could be wrong. That's just me.

INN: Travis Henry Arrested For Alleged Cocaine Deal
THIS nigga! Damn man, this nigga is like the king of Ig'nant Nigga News lol. Welp since he's been out of the league it looks like he took up another profession, cocaine dealer. Doesn't look like he's as good at it as he was at football, but that's neither here nor there.
Anyway, he got arrested and I pray he really wasn't dealing because if he was he's gonna be gone for a LOOONG time. Well if he did at least he wouldn't have to pay child support for all them kids he got...plus they'll all be 18 by the time he gets out...if he goes to prison that is. Hey, I'm just trying to look for the positive in this terrible situation lol.

INN: Happy Trails Travis
Damn, I haven't done an INN in a LONG ass time! I should've posted this Friday before I went on my little hiatus, but oh well better late than never.
Anyway, as you may or may not have heard the fertile former Denver Bronco, Travis Henry, will be suspended by the NFL for a year for a positive drug test. Niggas man, I tell you! Hopefully he lands on his feet and gets his life together, but most likely his NFL career is over.
Man, this nigga's life must suck! He's a 29 year-old running back (that's up there in RB productivity years) who just got cut by his team last month and now is suspended for a year...oh and did I mention he has 9 kids by 9 different women?? Sad.

Big Money For T.O.; Pacman Is Back...Kinda; Bad Day For All 9 Of Travis Henry's BMs
In other Cowboys news, Pacman was partially reinstated today by dictator Goodell so that's a start. They say he could be fully reinstated by September 1st so I've got my fingers crossed lol.
AND in other NFL news, Travis Henry was cut by the Broncos today. Some might remember Trav for being being a baller on the field, but most of us remember him as the nigga with 9 kids by 9 different women! lol. Its always weird when you have 2 or more kids that are the same age and in the same grade that AREN'T twins lol.
Anyway, hopefully he can get back on somewhere because you know this nigga is broke owing all that child support. Stay strapped fellas lol.
