Klondike Pack The Car With Adam Carolla

"Your thumb's in my ass." You've gotta love the Ace man, get it on!

Speaking of Ace, he made Us Weekly after some playful comment about Jennifer Aniston on the BS Report with Bill Simmons. I listened to the pod the other day and thought nothing of it, but I guess the fine folks at Us found it was newsworthy. It's nearly comical that they did. And how slow is it out in Hollywood that they're digging around on ESPN's Podcenter looking for juicy tidbits to write about?? Makes me sad for my daughter.

Ric Bucher, You've Just Been Kobe'd!

As we prepare for game 5 of the Finals later today, here was the scene after L.A.'s win in game 3.

Now I doubt there was actually snot on Mr. Bryant's hand, unless it was drooling out of his nose like spit out of Big Baby's mouth, but it's still pretty nasty regardless. I don't like people touching my hair with clean hands, let alone hands that have just possibly grazed boogers.

The best part is Buch's initial reaction because he realizes its Kobe. Pause it 26 seconds in and look at the look on his face! He looks like he wants to knock the offender's block off...until he realizes its a 6'6" black guy, then he just cracks a smile. Classic.

(Side note: How creepy is that look of pleasure on Kobe's face as he continues to play in Buch's hair?? I'm not saying the man is gay (though it is fact he enjoys the anal lovin' a tad more than most), but that face is a bit eerie.)

I Can't Believe YouTube Hasn't Taken This Down Yet...

I first watched this video a few weeks ago when Charlamagne tweeted it about 2 weeks ago (I even commented on it, go see), and I really can't believe the fine assholes at YouTube haven't sniffed this one out yet. Oh well, since its still up I figured I'd might as well post it and enjoy the nakedness while it lasts.

Thursday Billboard Update - 6/10/10

Jack Johnson - To The Sea
Nothing of importance to us happened in the Billboard 200 this week so let's move along.

After her performance at the MTV Movie Awards Sunday, Katy Perry's California Gurls with Snoop jumps to #1. As I predicted last week's Travis McCoy's Billionaire with Bruno Mars leaps into the top 10 at #5. And yes, I will still continue to call him Travis.

The Billboard 200 1-10
first week debuts in bold

1. Jack Johnson - To The Sea (1)
2. Justin Bieber - My World 2.0 (3-2)
3. Glee Cast - The Music Volume 3: Showstoppers (1-3)
4. Lady Antebellum - Need You Now (4-4)
5. Usher - Raymond vs. Raymond (5-5)
6. Lady Gaga - The Fame (6-6)
7. Carole King & James Taylor - Live at the Troubadour (9-7)
8. Taio Cruz - Rockstarr (8)
9. Clay Aiken - Tried & True (9)
10. Ke$ha - Animal (17-10)

The Billboard Hot 100 1-10
first time top 10's in bold

1. Katy Perry - California Gurls (2-1)
2. Usher - OMG (1-2)
3. B.o.B - Airplanes (3-3)
4. Ke$ha - Your Love Is My Drug (4-4)
5. Travis McCoy - Billionaire (11-5)
6. Taio Cruz - Break Your Heart (5-6)
7. Lady Gaga - Alejandro (6-7)
8. B.o.B - Nothin' On You (7-8)
9. Black Eyed Peas - Rock That Body (16-9)
10. La Roux - Bulletproof (8-10)
  • As Drake prepares to FINALLY drop his debut album, his Find Your Love is at an all-time high at #13, and Miss Me with Lil Wayne debuts at #15.
  • T.I.'s Got Your Back featuring Keri Hilson debuts at #38 this week.
  • To go along with that, T.I.'s Yeah Ya Know from the "Takers" soundtrack debuts at #44.
  • Nicki Minaj's uber annoying Your Love debuts at #51.
  • After debuting at #98 last week, Ludacris' Sex Room jumps 13 spots to #85.

This Week In Flops 6/8/10

Christina Aguilera - Bionic
I knew this was on the horizon, but I thought it was coming in the fall, or at least later on this summer. Oh well, its here now, and I must guess how much its gonna sell. I don't have much to say about the album, in part because I know almost nothing about it, but its Christina Aguilera so I think its gonna do at least 150,000. My guess is 150-185k.

Plies - Goon Affiliated
Welp, this fuckery is finally out. I don't have a good feeling about this album. No not because it most likely sucks, but because the buzz just isn't there. Plies' last album moved 114,000 in its first week, but I don't even think this one will crack six figures. I'm thinking it'll land somewhere in the 75-100k range.

Travis McCoy - Lazarus
I don't know shit about this nigga's solo career besides that his song is gonna jump into the top 10 this week, and that his album is dropping. Top 10 single + little buzz = not as many albums sold as you'd think. It'll probably fall in the 45-75k range.

Lil Jon - Crunk Rock
This album should've come out 5 years ago. Now, that is not all Lil Jon's fault, but crunk music is dead, so this album really has no space in today's market. Expect first week sales to be low. Very low. I'm talking 15-35k low. Hell, maybe worse.

Rhymefest - El Che
If you thought I knew nothing about the albums above, you've seen nothing yet, because I didn't even know this album existed until yesterday. Not a good sign for the man with one of the worse rap names in Hip-Hop history. I'm guessing 5-15k.

**UPDATE**
My bad, I guess I recorded the podcast too early in the morning because I totally skipped #8 with my dumb ass lol. Oh well, #8 was, "Why did Brandy and Ray J come out to introduce T.I. so he could introduce Atlanta??" Seriously, that's like doing a comedy show and having an opener for the opener.

The Winners & Losers Of Hip Hop Honors The Dirty South

Mystikal at Hip-Hop Honors
Tonight was VH1's Hip Hop Honors where they honored the Dirty South...kinda. Lets do this!

Winners: Miami booty bass; Luke; Kid Rock; DJ Laz; Power 96; Pitbull; Trick Daddy Dollaz; Eddie Griffin; J. Prince; Willie D; The Game; Do Or Die; Drake; UGK; Bun B; Jonah Hill; Jermaine Dupri; Lil Jon; Bow Wow; Master P; Taraji P. Henson's ass; Silkk The Shocker still being alive; Mystikal; Mystikal's hat; T.I.; Gucci Mane; Bone Crusher's gut; Ying Yang Twins; Craig Robinson; Timbaland; congestion; Missy Elliott; Kelly Rowland's body; Chamillionaire; Donald Glover; Being so horny; Fresh Kid Ice of 2 Live Crews' arm; Asher Roth.

Losers: Craig Robinson's stamina (nigga had done tired himself out before he went into his first joke lol); Luke's teeth; Luke's dancer (them hoes was tired halfway through the first song); Drake's stage performance; Kriss Kross; Da Brat; whoever allowed JD to allow Dem Franchize Boyz to perform; Bow Wow (he didn't even get to do any of his own songs); Diddy's grill; Diddy's lip synching; Romeo reading the teleprompter; Mia X; Fiend; Silkk The Shocker lip synching; Gucci Mane (they let him perform Wasted?? Really??); Trina; Brandy's outfit; Keri Hilson's vocals; Magoo; David Banner's facial hair; Slim Thug; Paul Wall's flow; Mike Jones; Lil Flip; 2 Live Crew (more like 2 Old Crew now); Sleepy Brown; nail polish; Asher Roth's outfit; Miami; DJ Khaled; Trina again; Flo Rida; Rick Ross; minks; Pitbull; VH1 (how you gonna end HIP-HOP Honors with Reggaeton?); Memphis.

Okay, now, I totally understand some people might have declined, but if that was the case, then they should have just shortened the show. The first hour was all-time great, but the second hour bordered on all-time bad, especially the last segment where Miami was honored for the third time! Let me get this straight, Miami gets 3 segment, Atlanta gets 3 segments, but Memphis doesn't even get mentioned?? What the fuck?? That last segment was a travesty, I mean, why were we honoring that shit anyway?? Because of this, I'm gonna continue this post tomorrow with a brand new "Top 10 Unanswered Questions From Hip Hop Honors: The Dirty South" podcast! See you then!

Eminem - Not Afraid Video

Pretty dope video, very Hancock-ish to me. Isn't it weird towards the end when Em is flying he's moving fast enough to break that Cadillac's windows and shake it, but not fast enough to make that black kid on the laptop budge an inch?? lol. Did his shirt or jacket even move?? Okay, whatever lol.

Anyway, good news, looks like Recovery has been pushed up, so instead of it dropping Tuesday June 22nd, its gonna drop Friday June 18th. I get paid that day so perfect timing.
